Sanofi-aventis Vietnam is the largest pharmaceutical company in Vietnam. I have done my internship there for three and a half month. Following is some of the project I took part in.
Sanofi-aventis Vietnam's website is an important part of the company communication plan. However, due to lack of resource, the website have been outdated and lack of information.Updating and restructuring the website is my major responsibility at sanofi-aventis. I have been able to reconstruct all the sections except for "Nghề Nghiệp" (Career) by doing the following task:
- Gather information by reviewing the old website, consulting sanofi-aventis website from other countries, contacting other department in the company.
- Discuss with Communication Director to restructure the website in a more reader friendly structure.
- Prepare press releases, images and other information to put on the website.
- Send information to technicians in France and follow up to construct the website.
- Get feedback from other department in the company about the website.

Zoom is sanofi-aventis quarterly internal magazine. During my time at sanofi-aventis, I have helped with the publishing of the June 2010 issue by doing the following task:
- Contact different departments in the company to gather information.
- Write a few pieces of the news.
- Proof read the news.
- Prepare information and image to send to the designer.
- Review and make adjustment on the draft (with Communication Director)
- Communicate with the designer about the adjustment and suggestion from Communication Director.
- Receive the final publications and deliver them to all the departments in the company.
